Romalacha

This is a excellent side dish for everyone to enjoy. Even my littlest kids eat this like you wouldn't believe!

Romalacha

6-8 tomatoes
1 large onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil


Dice onions, add salt, and add olive oil. Quarter tomatoes and place in bowl with onion mixture. Stir ingredents together. Let sit for 10 minutes and serve.

Yum!!
This is a great dish to serve with Milenesas.
