
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup uncoiled rice
1 medium onion
2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 small chopped green bell pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
Heat oil. Put in rice, stir, and brown. Add water and other ingredients. Bring to boil them reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
