Baken Oregano Chicken

This is a fast family favorite! Great for large group dinners. Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies. No need for a chicken gravy, but you can add it and it is still great.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt (i just do a teaspoon garlic)
1/8 teaspoon pepper (Black Malabar Pepper or cracked pepper is best!)
1/4 Dijon Mustard (spend a $1 more and get the good kind)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (ground up into the breadcrumbs)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Take dijon mustard and put on plate. Combine breadcrumbs, oregano leaves, garlic salt (or garlic), pepper, and parmesan cheese and place on a plate. Roll the uncooked chicken breast in the mustard. Then roll the chicken breast in the dried bread crumbs. Place in a glass baking dish. Cook for 25 minutes uncovered (mine have always taken 45 minutes to cook but I usually cook my chicken frozen so it is moist).
Enjoy!
