Mango Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 cups diced ripe mango
1 medium overripe banana, mashed

 Sift together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the eggs, oil, and lime juice; stir in to the dry ingredients. Stir in the mango and banana. Fill paper-lined or greased (bottoms only) Muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans for 5 minutes; remove to wire racks.
